BeastFitNation Workout of the day “Cornhuskers” its a running and stairs workout

Anybody can run fast, and anybody can run for long distance, but can you run fast for 300m and then do plyometrics? Running stairs is one of the oldest workouts in the book, Beastfitters tackled the stairs, to get to our fitness goals. Here’s today workout of the day.

300m sprint

150 stair run. 

3 sets.
