Beastfitnation Workout of the day “Royal Black”

Today we went full throttle on our cardio, abs, and hip flexors to get closer to our ultimate goal; being in shape. Utilizing plenty of Beastfitnation Workout of the day’s, this morning was an opportunity to work hard and get better. Take a look at the visuals for “Royal Black”

The workout is 12 switch jumps each leg, 12 burpees for 2 sets. Time to beat is 1:45 to be expert.
