“Chris Brown and Drake’s entourages got into a heated fight at a NYC nightclub not too long ago, but the two, who are rumored to have a rocky history, didn’t exactly fight each other one-one-one.
This is apparently what people want to see, so Brown and Drake have been offered a whopping $9 million to fight each other in a boxing ring.
According to E! Online, boxing promoters are the ones who are offering to fork over some serious cash to give the duo to duke it out in the ring.
Promoters have gotten $10 million together for the two to fight, and a $9 million prize will go to whoever wins.
Brown’s rep has responded, saying “We collectively have never heard from these people nor is there anyone named ‘CJ.’ This is a tacky PR campaign by these people using Chris and Drake.”
“The audience needs their imagination captured as much as the fighters do. These are two very important rap artists who will only do this for a big ticket number,” Alki David, an entrepreneur who had originally offered $1 million for Drake and Brown to fight. “This is something that should be attractive enough to get them in the ring.”
“Instead of doing it in a bar fight, they can get paid,” said Damon Feldman, owner of Celebrity Boxing Federation, who offered money along with David.
David and Feldman even want Rihanna, the rumored source of the animosity, as the ring girl.
“One thing we know, if she doesn’t be the ring girl, she will be watching,” said Feldman, OK! Magazine reports.”
