The off-season is the time where champions are made, check today’s workout as 22 division 1 athletes pushed themselves. Ballers from Portland St, to Cal Berekley to even USC trojans were in attendance today.
Workout: 15 yard shuffle, 100 yard sprint. 5 sets under 6 minutes!
