Today I had the pleasure of working with two of the Portland Trail Blazer Dancers. The workout was fantastic, and they excelled at every drill. The workout of the day was “Bengals.” 20 fire hydrants, 20 scorpions, 10 RDL’s= 1 set. What will your time be after 2 sets on each leg? Try it out, and check the video.
