Some fans just go over the top for their favorite celebrity. This women got “Drake” tattooed across her forehead in Los Angelas, and she was planning the Tat for awhile. Her Tattoo artist wasn’t even aware of who drake was and said “I figured it was her hood or some shit, not some goofnugget R&B dude.” Check out the Tattoo below. But then again maybe “She will.”
